David Shein, Chairman
David Shein is the Chairman of Centric Wealth. David has significant expertise in leading successful organisations. Most notably, David established Com Tech Communications in 1987 as a specialist supplier of networking and communications products. By the time of its sale to Dimension Data in 2000, David had built Com Tech into a national company, with offices in all the major states of Australia and New Zealand, with over 1,400 employees and annual revenues in excess of $700 million. David attributed the primary reason for Com Tech's growth to exceptional levels of both customer and staff satisfaction.

Phil Kearns, CEO
Phil commenced as CEO of Centric Wealth in December 2011. Prior to Centric Wealth Phil worked at Investec Bank from 2005, initially working in the Private Bank before moving to Investec’s Corporate Advisory and Capital Markets divisions.
Whilst better known for his Rugby exploits, Phil has an Arts Degree majoring in Economics and Economic History from the University of NSW, a Diploma of Applied Finance and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors . On finishing his professional rugby career, Phil became Managing Director of an IT Consulting firm.
Outside interests include Phil’s directorship of the Children’s Cancer Institute Australia and the Humpty Dumpty Foundation, he is also a commentator with FoxSports.

Chris Powell, COO and CFO
Chris has been with Centric Wealth since August 2011. He has extensive experience as a senior finance executive across the financial services industry including retail and business banking, wealth management, property, investments, life insurance and general insurance. Prior to joining Centric Wealth Chris was Regional Chief Financial Officer, Australia & New Zealand at Zurich Financial Services (Zurich Australia) for 8 years. Chris also held numerous directorships within the Zurich group.
Other positions held during his career include, Director, DKN Financial Group (2007-2009), Chair, Lonsec Limited (2002-2009), Director, Robina Town Centre (1997-1998), CFO and VP Finance and Administration, Bullant Inc (2000-2001), Investment Manager, Continental Venture Capital Limited (1999-2000), Chief Manager Financial Management, Banking and Financial Services, Commonwealth Bank (1997-1999).Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting from UTS . He also holds professional fellowships in CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jonathan Pillemer, Executive Director
Jonathan is the Manager of Centric Wealth's Risk Insurance Division. He is an Authorised Representative of Centric Wealth Advisers Ltd.
Jon has over 15 years experience as an adviser with a focus on providing risk insurance and superannuation solutions for individuals.
His clients include many corporate executives, small business owners and professionals including wealthy family groups and some of Australia's most successful entrepreneurs.
Jon also provides employee benefit advice in the corporate superannuation market and has a number of listed companies as clients.
Jon has a BA from the University of New South Wales and has obtained industry qualifications over the years to maintain practical knowledge and compliance requirements of the Australian Securities and Investments Brokerage to advise clients on insurance. These include Diploma of Financial Planning units 1-4.

Benjamin Sebel, Non Executive Director
Mr Sebel is a Managing Director of CHAMP, having been formerly based in New York at Castle Harlan, Inc. for seven years. Mr Sebel has been deeply involved in CHAMP's activities since inception in 1999, and is experienced in all aspects of private equity investment, including deal origination, realisations and fundraising in both the United States and Australia. Immediately prior to joining Castle Harlan, Mr Sebel worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its Capital Markets Group. Previously, Mr Sebel spent two years as Special Advisor to the Hon. Nick Greiner AC, a former premier of New South Wales, and commenced his career in the Management Consulting Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Australia), where he also qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Sebel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
Mr Sebel is currently on the Board of Centric Wealth and was formerly a director of Healthcare Australia Holdings Pty Limited, Study Group Pty Limited, United Malt Holdings, Ion Track, Inc., Associated Packaging Technologies, Inc., Equipment Support Services, Inc. and AdobeAir.

Barry Zuckerman, Non Executive Director
Mr Zuckerman joined CHAMP Private Equity in 2001 and is the Finance Director for the CHAMP group of companies. He is responsible for the finance and operations infrastructure of the group and manages the day-to-day financial operations for the funds.
He has extensive experience with acquisitions, due diligence, structuring, listed reporting and accounting for mortgage, property, equity trusts (both retail and wholesale), taxation and compliance. His funds management industry experience was initially with the Howard Group, and subsequently with Challenger International Limited (“Challenger”), both listed ASX companies. He was the CFO and a member of the Executive Committee of Challenger and played a significant role in the emergence of Challenger from a niche investment bank into a top 100 listed business. Prior to that, Mr Zuckerman gained professional experience with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and in information systems.
Mr Zuckerman received an AVCAL Outstanding Service award for disclosure guidelines in 2004 and won the AVCAL award for Excellence in Investor Reporting in 2009 and 2010.
Mr Zuckerman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and is a member of The Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr Zuckerman is a member of the International Private Equity and Valuation (IPEV) Board. He is a Board Member of Centric Wealth Limited and is formerly a Director of Healthcare Australia.

Bonnie Boezeman AO, Non Executive Director
After a successful nearly 23 years of international management with Time Warner Inc., the last position as Managing Director and Chair of Time Life South Pacific, Bonnie became a non-executive board director. Some notable board positions include over 9 years on the board of Perpetual Trustees, and over 16 years on NSW State Lottery. Some other notable boards have been Prudential Insurance, Defence Housing Authority, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, 6 years as the Chairman of PayPal, and presently on Urban Growth NSW (also known as Landcom).
Bonnie has expertise in several areas such as funds management, insurance, retail, property, major events, gaming and a highlight is marketing and has won national awards in both direct marketing and Public relations.
Bonnie has a PMD diploma from Harvard Business School, an Executive marketing course from Columbia University and has been a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors since 1986.
Bonnie was awarded an AO in the 2003 Queen’s Honour list, and the Centenary Medal from the Prime Minister in the same year for “services to the community in a broad range or organisations, and to the business sector as a corporate leader and executive”. She was awarded a Papal Knighthood from Pope Benedict the XVI for services to the Archdiocese of Sydney and World Youth Day.

Howard Morgan, Non Executive Director
Howard D. Morgan is the Co-President of Castle Harlan, which he joined in 1996. From 2000 to 2002, he was Executive Director of CHAMP Private Equity, an affiliate of Castle Harlan in Sydney, Australia. He has been a Director and Executive Committee member of CHAMP since its inception. Previously, Mr. Morgan was a Partner at Ropart Asset Management, a private equity investment firm.
Howard began his career at Allen & Company, Inc. He is a board member of CHAMP, Alleasing Pty Limited and Ciao Bella Gelato Company. He is a former director of over a dozen companies, including US-based AmeriCast Technologies, Ion Track Instruments, Land ‘N' Sea Distributing, UK-based Polypipe Global Holdings and Australia-based Austar United Communications Ltd. and Penrice Soda Products. He is a director of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, the Harvard Business School Club of New York, the Alexander Hamilton Institute, the Parkinson's Disease Foundation and Treasurer of the Friends of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
Howard received his BA from Hamilton College in Mathematics and Political Science and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Richard Thomas, Non Executive Director
Mr Thomas is a professional Company Director with more than 45 years experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance and Wealth Management. He retired from Westpac Banking Corporation in 2000 as Group Executive, Australian Banking Services. He is Chairman of Cash Services Australia Pty Ltd, an ACCC approved company owned by the Australian Banks ANZ, CBA, NAB and Westpac. He is also a Non Executive Director of ASX listed Company Credit Corp Group Limited and an Adviser to a number of Financial Services Companies.
Former Directorships include, Genesys Wealth Advisors Limited (past Chairman,) The Credit Reference Association of Australia Limited (past Chairman), and a number of public and private companies in Financial Services. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
