Bernie joined Centric Wealth in 2002, after 32 years with National Australia Bank where he held senior client and group management positions.

Since joining Centric Wealth as a Financial Adviser, Bernie has concentrated on building relationships with private clients sourced through his personal network together with referrals from existing clients.

Bernie’s strengths are in identifying client’s real financial and lifestyle objectives, developing comprehensive financial planning strategies in support of those objectives and, through regular review, ensuring these strategies continue to meet the needs of the client.

In servicing his clients, Bernie draws upon Centric Wealth’s internal strengths across investing, wealth creation, asset allocation, risk insurance and lending to provide a complete financial strategy.

Bernie is married and has two sons. His interests include travel, cycling, golf and is an avid team sports fan.

Tracey Burns

Tracey is able to provide aged care and salary packaging advice, as well as strategic risk management, investment, estate and retirement planning advice, including the establishment and management of
self-managed Superannuation funds. In addition, she can work with you to establish appropriate investment trading structures for both asset protection and tax planning purposes.

Tracey believes in building a long-term relationship with her clients and understands the need to provide a value oriented, holistic financial planning service to achieve their lifestyle and financial objectives.

Philip Elmslie

Philip has worked in the financial services industry since 2005, holding technical and advisory positions in boutique practices before joining Centric Wealth in 2011.

He has experience in advising a broad spectrum of private clients including retirees, medical specialists, small business owners, high net worth individuals and families.

Philip is passionate about helping clients achieve their lifestyle and financial goals. He enjoys developing long term partnerships with clients based on a clear understanding of their objectives, values and needs.

He prides himself on delivering the highest quality of holistic advice to client’s, often involving the co-ordination of professional counsel from accountants, solicitors, risk management and debt specialists to ensure all areas of a client’s financial circumstances are considered.

Martin Goodrich

Martin commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, before joining Priestley and Morris (Moore Stephens) as a Partner in the Business Advisory Group, where he introduced wealth management to the national practice in 1984.

He commenced his own practice in 1989, which was focused on the financial needs of the clients and their families from a “trusted advisor” perspective, delivering services that addressed the client’s financial journey.

His focus includes advice on technical issues,and is tailored to the specific needs of his clients and their families. This includes their businesses, where he often acts as a member of the advisory board to guide strategic direction and align their business performance to personal and lifestyle objectives. As a Chartered Accountant, he delivers services to family businesses and private clients, with particular interest in the next generation and succession.

Martin has expertise in a number of areas of wealth management, including superannuation strategies.

He recently attended The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, as part of the Chief Executives Programme, which delivers management and leadership programs, in addition to continuing education in financial disciplines. This two year programme was specifically designed to complement the technical services delivered to the broad range of clients at different stages of their lives.

In 2012, Martin was awarded Financial Planner of the Year – Victoria/Tasmania from the Securitor Financial Group, following Practice of the Year in 2006.

On 1st July 2015, Martin and his team joined Crowe Horwath Accountants, where he is a Partner in the Business Advisory division, in addition to his role as Senior Financial Adviser with Centric Wealth – both part of the Findex Group. The key objective of joining the group is to continue to service clients and enhance the family office advisory offering, which has been the practice philosophy since inception. 

Martin is married with three children, and his interests include music, golf, football and travel.

Anne Goodrich

Anne enjoys meeting with clients to provide strategies and solutions for their wealth management and retirement planning needs and objectives. Anne has a particular interest in investment markets and asset allocation. 

Anne began providing financial advice in 1998, after working as a lawyer in private and public practice.

Anne is married with three children. Her leisure interests include spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, travel and relaxing with a good book.

Andrew is married and has a very energetic son who keeps him busy. His interests include keeping fit, travelling to new places and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys all sports and is a longtime supporter of the West Coast Eagles.

David Pope


David has worked in the financial planning industry since 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Financial Planning and Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance.

David has held a number of positions at various financial services organisations which has extended him the opportunity to provide strategic advice to a wide array of clients including young professionals, high new wealth individuals and retirees.

This experience and broad knowledge enable him to create financial strategies to achieve his clients’ needs and long term financial goals.
