Greg Pride began financial planning consulting in 1985 after a diverse career in finance and management.
During more than 20 years face to face experience his career has included:
- Receiving Money Management's - Financial Planner of the Year Award 1995
- Becoming Godfrey Pembroke's Consultant of the Year 1996
- Being requested to give evidence before the NSW Government Public Bodies Review Committee enquiry into the Office of Protective Commissioner & Public Guardian 2000
He has spoken widely in seminars and quoted in the media - including appearances on television (Sunday, 60 Minutes) and radio (in Hong Kong)
He designed and conducted for more than eight years an evening college program on Investment & Financial Planning
He assisted in setting, reviewing and marking examination papers for the University of Western Sydney's undergraduate course
Greg has held board position on the Financial Planning Association's Professional Ethics Committee and acted on behalf of the FPA in the area of consumer claims hearings
He has acted as a professional witness in financial planning related litigation.
Greg is married with four adult children and seven grandchildren his leisure interests include triathlons, yachting and ocean swimming.
Educational qualifications
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree - majoring in Applied Psychology - and holds the Financial Planning Association designation of "Certified Financial Planner".
