Nicole Inkley

Nicole is an accomplished Head of Client Experience with a detailed understanding of the financial services sector, including advice firms and product providers. 

Starting her career at St George Bank as a Client Service Officer in 1999, Nicole quickly found success and went on to join the Centric Wealth team as a Product and Services Coordinator. In 2015, she joined the Philo Capital Advisers team as Head of Portfolio Administrative Services, before working as a Product Manager, Products Owner (Operations), and eventually a Senior Product Manager at Colonial First State. In 2020, she returned to Centric to lead the client experience team and manage onboarding and transitions.

She is enthusiastic about collaborating, training, and challenging the status quo. Most importantly, Nicole is always working to find the best way to service clients and ensure a consistent and positive experience each and every time they interact with Centric. 

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys the commitment and process in solving a good puzzle and is a lover of all birds, even the pigeons and ibises.
