Having worked in the financial services industry in a number of roles across retail superannuation, wrap platforms, broking and wealth management, Kim brings diverse and varied capability to the Centric platform. She is a champion of great outcomes for clients enabled through tech, and believes that when best in class technology, process and relationships intersect, a meaningful experience is delivered.
Kim has worked closely with several large platforms to deliver new and enhanced Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) service offerings to a range of clients, with her most recent responsibility the management and oversight of over $7b in funds under administration across a suite of over 120 model portfolios within the Findex business. She has a strong focus on ensuring platform and processes continue to provide innovative solutions that respond to the impacts of digital disruption.
Working with a range of stakeholders and strategic objectives across a number of committees, senior management and executive leadership teams, Kim endeavours to turn strategy into operational deliverables for the organisation. She holds a Diploma in Financial Services and a Certificate IV in Compliance Management and has served in a number of formal and informal leadership roles.
When outside of the office, Kim spends much of her time picking up after her gorgeous (but destructive) French bulldog puppy Louie.
