Design and Distribution Obligations

Target Market Determinations (TMDs)

A Target Market Determination (TMD) is required under section 994B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

It sets out the target market for the product, triggers to review the target market and certain other information. It forms part of the issuer’s design and distribution framework for a product. A TMD is not a product disclosure statement (PDS) and is not a complete summary of the product features or terms of the product.

A TMD does not take into account any person’s individual objectives, financial situation or needs. Persons interested in acquiring a product should carefully read the offer documents before making a decision.

Target Market Determinations:

Centric Platform Investor Directed Portfolio Service

Centric Investor Directed Portfolio Service 2 (closed)

Centric Super Fund (Centric Super) Pension Portfolios
